On my way to work in Santa Monic today I saw a homeless man riding a really nice chrome beach cruiser down Broadway near Lincoln. It looked similar to this:
Except it didn’t have tassles. Oh, and instead of the basket it had one of those nifty headhlights, and, like I said, it was chrome. It wasn’t quite so vintagey looking either.
In hindsight it looked nothing like this bike. More like…A really nice chrome beach cruiser as mentioned earlier.
Anyway, to the person…er…guy ( I’m pretty sure it was a man’s bike ) missing their beach cruiser that probably cost them about $400, not including that nifty headlight. I’m sorry. I hope your day gets better.
Maybe next time try one of those U lock things. I hear those and cockroaches will be the two things around at the end of days….Along with Dolly Parton’s chichis maybe.
